How to lose weight 15kg in 3 months for guys.. (Sing Luke's Procedure)

1.Before your start your slim process,you must be confidient and patient to yourself.Because slim process must use a period of time to slim down.

2.You can start doing exercise regulary (for me:dancing 2-3 times in 1 week about 30 minutes,jogging and other exercise/sports 1-2 month 1-3 time about 20-30 minutes and cycling everyday about 30 minutes.

3.Don't forget take the right way in food.It must be low sugar and less oil food.You must eat 9-10:10 full in breakfast,5-7:10 full in lunch and 5:10 full in dinner.You must take dinner before 7:30pm.Eat more vegetables and fruits and drink at least 8 big glasses of water in a day.

4.Do not take supper during night,if you cannot be patient or you sleep late or you afaird you get gastric,you can drink 1 glasses of oat and 3-5 pieces of high fibre oat biscuits,but all must in without sugar,thats mean its must be tasteless.

5.Don't forget your sleeping time must at least sleep 8 hours in a day.besides that,before half an hour you go to sleep,you must do 30-50 times push-up and sit-up each.For those who is 1st time doing push-up and sit-up,you can do 10 times each 1st and gradually gain the times after you feel you can do it well.
